**PURPOSE**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive the commercial excellence strategy for GrM, set up and lead the Centre of Excellence for Business Insights & Analytics, Salesforce Effectiveness and Training, and Commercial Operations.
- Lead the team to develop and optimize business data analytics and enhance process efficiency, maximize revenue, improve customer engagement across Southeast Asia and India Subcontinental.
- Ensure quality commercial performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
- Overseas the salesforce effectiveness and sales training.
- Drive efforts on segmentation and targeting of customers based on agreed criteria at GrM level.
- Institute and track training effectiveness metrics, demonstrating training coverage & efficiency, and adoption of therapies.
- Lead efforts on territory alignment maximize market coverage, using data driven insights on potential and performance.
- Drive territory-target planning and active territory management in collaboration with country general managers.
- Create platforms and campaigns to drive sales excellence, best practice sharing and recognition of top performers.
- Collaborate with local leadership and APAC/Global stakeholders to ensure that commercial excellence initiatives address the unique needs of each market.
- Drive the integration of digital tools and data analytics to enhance sales effectiveness and market intelligence.
- Be a change leader and partner with country general managers to adopt a GrM sales operations model, enhancing salesforce effectiveness, commercial agility, and go-to-market models that drive scalable and sustainable growth.
- In partnership with the IT team, drive the enhancement and adoption of technological systems, tools, and dashboards for greater efficiency in workflows and data-driven decision-making.
- Build a culture of excellence, driving the adoption of best practices across the organization.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business or related discipline, ideally with MBA / Advance Degree.
- 12+ years of working knowledge in commercial, commercial excellence, or related knowledge within the healthcare/medical technology industry.
- 8+ years of people leadership experience in a regional capacity with proven track record of building collaborative and high performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and vision with the ability to translate business goals into actionable tactical actions and outcomes.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of the commercial excellence function, technology and trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus, foster collaboration, and drive change across diverse stakeholders and cultures.
- Strong experience in large-scale project management, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results.
- Strong ability to manage priorities across time zones and international travels required of the job.
