Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiarize yourself with all our projects and services offered by our company.
- Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the project management team.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing or business administration, or similar.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
- Business Development and project coordination experience (prefer 3 -5 years) in the construction industry with a successful track record of building relationships.
- Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision-makers at companies and organizations.
- Outstanding presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge in Human Resources and Financial management is added advantage.
- Ability to travel as needed.
