**Position Summary**

The Guest Experience Executive’s main role is to deliver an exceptional experience for all of our learners via online platform or face to face programmes. He/She should have a pleasant personality and is professional when communicating with stakeholders. He/She is required for you to be familiar with video conferencing software and tech savvy.

When supporting remote learning programme, He/She will be tasked to:

- Assist learners that have issues accessing the video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom)
- Assist trainers in facilitating activities during the remote learning sessions (e.g., breakout rooms)
- Support trainers and participants for any technical issues during the sessions
- Prepare collaterals for remote learning parcels - Assist learners that have issues accessing the video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom)

When supporting Face-to-Face programme, He/She will be tasked to:

- Setup and tear down training rooms
- Usher and register learners
- Facilitate activities during learning sessions

He/She is required for you to be service-oriented. Pro-active in looking after our learners needs. Able to work independently and with teams. Prepared to handle multiple and concurrent tasks and is willing to work on compressed work week and long hours.

**The GE Executive will be responsible for the following**:
**Execute Project Plans**
- Support learners accessing the video conferencing platform
- Execute registration processes ensuring accurate registrations and attendance tracking
- Assist trainers with admin activities during sessions
- Support stakeholders for any technical issues during the sessions
- Prepare collaterals for remote learning parcels
- Execute set-up pre-programme and site tear-down post programme
- Facilitate activities during learning sessions according to guidelines
- Respond to operation challenges during the training programmes
- Prepare collaterals for learning sessions
- Communicate changes with stakeholders and provide relevant updates
- Record all program details in compliance with relevant authorities

**Manage Operations and Safety**
- Follow safety and security standards of the company and the government
- Execute crowd control and evacuation plans
- Protect Intellectual Property of the company
- Raise incident reports
- Compliance with all business and authority requirements

**Enhance Guest Experience**
- Display professionalism when dealing with stakeholders
- Address participants' issues and queries politely
- Pro-active in looking after the needs of the participants during the remote learning sessions

**Maintain Venue Facilities**
- Practice proper handling and maintenance of venue equipment and facilities
- Execute maintenance activities when the need arises
- Raise facilities / equipment malfunctions
- A recognized Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism Management/ Events Management is preferred
- Experience with Facilities / Venue Management is a plus A passion for service and hospitality
- Adaptability, determination and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Good grooming
- Confidence in communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different levels
- Demonstrate ability to interact with the customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the company’s values
- Willingness to work long hours or weekends as need arise
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: From $1.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
