**Team Summary**
At the heart of Visa’s strategy is looking for new avenues of driving growth at a pace that ensures market leadership and achievement of our business objectives. We have amended our organizational design to align with the key pillars of our strategy more closely by setting up the New Payment Flows team. This team is responsible for managing payment flows/solutions across three segments: business solutions (Visa Business Solutions), government/public sector undertakings (Visa Government Solutions) and global money movement (Visa Direct).
This Visa Business Solutions (VBS) team consists of highly self-motivated and driven individuals who are passionate about developing a world class business. They excel with partners and work collaboratively with other Visa colleagues to help their client teams capture the new B2B opportunity in the most effective manner for their markets. Our clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporate Clients and Governments. We work closely with Financial Institutions, Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. This team also partners with other corporate functions within Visa to benefit from the full suite of expertise that the business requires, such as Marketing, Legal, Finance, Technology, Risk, People, Operations, Client Services and Communications
**What a Sales Enablement and Operations Director, does at Visa**:
You will be working closely with the Head of Visa Business Solutions for Asia Pacific, the larger VBS team across Asia Pacific Hub and Markets as well as the business heads of the New Payment Flows verticals in AP, to understand the market landscapes, and assist markets with their Go-to-Market strategies as well as the execution of key strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will be part of the VBS Leadership Team for Asia Pacific (AP).
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing executive reporting to Global and AP leadership teams such as Pipeline and market reviews, monthly and quarterly business reports
- Management of core management information systems to grow Visa Business Solutions in AP. This includes, but is not limited to, scorecards, project management, financial tracking & reporting, meeting cadence, and agreeing key action items/deliverables/follow ups
- Responsible for the Sales Enablement to ensure that the business is set up for growth via active and accurate deal pipeline management, new sales enablement,
- Be part of strategic initiatives and projects across the region
- As part of leading and managing the Sales Enablement end to end process for VBS across Asia Pacific, you will be required to:
- Actively manage deal pipeline, forecasting, key KPIs, tracking and measurement tools to accurately quantify and monitor sales activities regionally.
- Collaborate with VBS teams to shape the short
- and long-term pipeline outlook, with key data forecasting and deal prioritization.
- Develop and manage the existing dashboard and other reports that support commercialization efforts to regionally track sales progress and status of strategic initiatives.
- Lead, co-ordinate and develop periodic reporting and presentations to senior management, including scorecard consolidation and monthly/quarterly business reviews across the business. This requires the consolidation of inputs across markets, tracking of performance, and using data to inform strategies, influence behavior and drive continuous improvement.
- Support market teams and share sales collateral, tools, resources and best practices across markets, leveraging Visa’s sales enablement platform of Compass and other resources. Equip market teams to win and retain clients and increase Visa’s competitive positioning for Government opportunities.
