**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform personal errands and tasks as required.
- Organize and coordinate events or meetings as needed.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and office organization.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:2+ years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role.
- **Skills**:
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
- **Preferred**:Experience supporting senior executives or working in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based or remote, depending on the employer’s needs.
- May require occasional travel or personal errand support.
