**Context**

Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork).

The objectives of the DAO Management Team are to:

- Attract a handful of Tier-1 partnerships to BitDAO (preference is DAO and BitNetwork protocol technology partners, with deal size ranging from $5M - $50M).
- Curate a technical community that can be leveraged for BitDAO and partners; and drive mind share to prompted topics
- Adopt and develop DAO tools and guides for BitDAO and partners
- Drive broader community engagement for select items

**Your Role**
- Define BitDAO vision and DAO Management strategy, balance business and technical perspectives among various stakeholders, and propose options for next steps
- Define and help implement engaging user experiences and metrics for our key personas: BitDAO partners, technical contributors, governance contributors (delegates, committee members), voters, and $BIT holders
- Research the competitive landscape (other DAOs and ecosystems user experience and tooling) to find unserved needs and market opportunities
- Draft externally facing documents (narrative, copy, proposals, forum posts, blogs, prompts, and guides), and internal guidance documents for technical delivery and go-to-market teams
- Engage and inspire the crypto community by taking part in social media and PR activities like public speaking, AMA, Twitter spaces etc.
- Support technical due diligence of our sister venture capital organization Mirana Ventures for investments into technology partners

**Your Craft**
- 1 year leadership experience in a top-tier DAO or L1/L2 protocol - with deep first hand experience and understanding of current DAO issues, tooling, and existing landscape
- Strong analytical, strategic and coordination skills
- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
- Pragmatic approach to DAO governance, and targeted actions for key personas
- Published proposals, forum posts, blogs, and guides
