**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The NFT & DAO Development Intern will be responsible for contributing to setting the strategy and executing the development of the Algorand ecosystem across NFTs & DAOs, with the fundamental goals of driving adoption and activity within the ecosystem.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build a repository with useful resources around the L1 DAO/NFT landscape
- Drive KPIs with the goal of creating more users, engagement, and transactions on Algorand
- Scout projects in Gaming/NFTs with the goal of having more inbound
- Assist with building a pipeline of projects from both inbound & outbound lead generation
- Assist with due diligence on inbound deals

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Naturally curious and interested in the Blockchain sector
- Knowledgeable about industry best practices and trends within NFTs & DAOs as a whole
- Able to work in highly unstructured environments
- Strong Project Management Experience
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Good business sense, able to comprehend and strategize on value propositions of web 3 partnerships

**GOOD TO HAVE (OPTIONAL)**
- Pre-existing knowledge regarding NFTs & DAOs (i.e have purchased NFTs and participated in DAO governance)
- Prior work experience is a plus but not required
- Good academic standing
- Fresh graduates/those looking for internships can apply
