Sales and Marketing Manager, Residential

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the full cycle of marketing and sales activities of residential development projects
- Work closely with in-house teams and various consultants, vendors, advertising agencies and property agents to provide marketing support for the project
- Manage and handle marketing campaigns for the residential project
- Develop marketing and sales strategies and work with vendors to produce advertising and marketing materials such as brochures, hoarding, A&P wall in Show Suite, website, video etc.
- Handle the social media advertising for residential projects
- Collect and analyze market data on competitors and other projects
- Manage sales and marketing budget and expenditures
- Plan, coordinate and monitor show suite/ sales gallery fit out and logistics planning for the residential development sales launch
- Prepare periodical reports for Senior Management
- Provide inputs on product development and perspective renderings
- Prepare, monitor, follow-up and proper documentation of sales related documents and progressive payments such as Booking Form, Option to Purchase, side letters, ancillary statutory documents, notices of progressive payments, handing over documents, defects liability documents etc.
- Work with Lawyers on legal documentation
- Handle all sales, leasing and marketing enquiries relating to the residential project
- Build and maintain good relationship with vendors and real estate agents
- Any other duties as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing/ Real Estate or any related field
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience with developer for residential development projects and sales launch.
- Experience and knowledge of regulations in real estate development and residential sales would be an added advantage
- Familiar with preparation of project budget
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and organize work activity
- Good and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to commit to weekend and public holidays during sales launch
