The company is a renowned luxury firm in the hospitality industry. They are centrally located in Singapore.
**Job Description**:
Ensure that company network, systems and data are maintained and secured

Provide direct quality support to function rooms and conference services

Administer all IT related maintenance and services contracts and take a leadership role in establishing scope of the maintenance and services contracts, contract negotiations and bidding process

Drive and implement new technologies based on market best practices and business needs
The Successful Applicant

**To be successful, you will have**:
Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields

At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with knowledge in IT and AV within the hospitality industry

Ability to manage a team and stakeholders

Customer oriented attitude with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
