**Responsibilities**:

- Channel Development:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners and distributors aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities and enhance overall partner satisfaction.
- Develop and execute partner enablement programs, including training sessions, marketing collateral, and sales tools.
- Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective channel strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for channel expansion.
- Sales Enablement:

- Work closely with partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and resources to effectively sell and support the organisation.
- Partners include channel, OEM and public cloud providers
- Provide ongoing support to partners through regular communication, training sessions, and joint customer visits.
- Performance Monitoring:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners and distributors, regularly monitoring and reporting on their performance against targets.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve partner effectiveness and enhance overall collaboration.
- Market Expansion:

- Identify and evaluate new market segments and geographies for potential channel expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to drive demand through channel partners.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven 10 years experience in channel and distribution management within the enterprise software industry.
- Experience working with with major server & storage manufacturers
- Strong understanding of storage technologies and the broader IT landscape.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in managing channel programs and partner relationships
