Core Responsibilities

Distribution Excellence
- B2B Distribution (Brick & Mortar and e-commerce)
- Identify and implement best in class Distribution Operations Processes (simple, cost-efficient and standardized across our distribution footprint)
- Identify and implement best in class Distribution Operations Processes (simple, cost-efficient and standardized across our distribution footprint)
- Define and develop WoW with APAC LEGO Retail organization (Cadences, VF, Reporting, etc.)
- Develop, align and implement APAC improvement road map
- Identify future e-commerce distribution capabilities via regional LEGO Group benchmark and external benchmark via 3PL and industry networks
- Play a strong Distribution partner in Supply Chain Organisation's Ecommerce Engine Room
- Identify operational synergies in our One-Roof solutions

Productivity
- Drive productivity (PfP) program on behalf of APAC & China Supply Chain Operations via frequent drum-beat engagement
- Drive consistency in Continuous Improvement approach across APAC & China DC Network

Play your part in our team succeeding
- The role is part of the APAC & China Distribution team which is responsible for bringing products from manufacturing via distribution footprint to customers and consumers
- This role reports to the Senior Director, APAC & China Distribution

Do you have what it takes?
- Certification in LEAN thinking or Six Sigma methodology, and Project management would be a plus
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within Logistics and Distribution in APAC including direct e-commerce exposure/leadership
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Logistics and Distribution for leading FMCG/Consumer Goods/Luxury brands
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading supply chain cross-functional projects, including successful continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated knowledge in Distribution operations and solid experience in managing 3PL’s
- Proven track record of delivering results through teamwork and collaboration, with strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Team oriented, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to manage projects creatively and independently
