**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, building client relationships, and promoting our factoring solutions to SMEs and large corporates. You will play a key role in identifying financing needs, delivering customized solutions, and achieving revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads across various industries.
- Understand clients’ financing requirements and present tailored factoring solutions to address their working capital needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and onboarding.
- Initiate sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow the business portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in factoring, trade finance, commercial banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of corporate financing, receivables management, and credit analysis will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate confidence in handling challenging situations with clients.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent skills in networking.
- Existing network of SME and corporate clients in Singapore is a plus.

- SGD 7,000 to 8,000/
- No commission, bonus on performance
