**Job description**:
 We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our organization and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
Administration Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Calculate salaries and other HR-related tasks
Administration Manager Requirements and skills:
- Previous experience as administration manager
- Familiariased in financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- The ability to work under pressure.
