**Leasing Manager / Assistant Leasing Manager**
- Developing and planning of leasing strategies for shopping mall and other classes of property of the Company
- Involve in sourcing, evaluating and securing new tenants for properties of the Company
- Managing appointed agents
- Negotiate and monitor terms of lease and sales (when applicable)
- Responsible for all tenancy management activities for the Company
- Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with local authorities and building standards and requirements
- Conduct periodic inspections of all properties own by the Company
- Prepare monthly tenancy management reports.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate / Estate Management / Marketing or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Familiar with Leasing Documentation
- Independent and resourceful
- Good interpersonal skills.
