Employment Type: Permanent- Location: Singapore**The Role**:
This position will manage and administer leases in a portfolio of properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible of managing HOD calendar.
- Responsible for department administrative duties including organising of tenants and department events.
- Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents.
- Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants and other related lease management functions.
- Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
- In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma is relevant courses.
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
- You should be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent and process initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
