**Job Summary**:

- Arrange and schedule services in accordance with clients' international policy
- Process supplier invoices
- Arrange services as determined by Graebel services agreement and as authorized by the client move policy
- Additional responsibilities will include data entry, auditing of supplier invoices against services rendered, insuring correct supplier contact information in database, and assisting with various reporting requests such as data filing reports on a daily basis

- Ability to adapt quickly in handling multiple/evolving tasks as a result of new engagements and/or re-prioritized deadlines
