Job Description:
**Title : Operations Executive**

**Salary Range : Up to S$4,500 Per month 
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the planning and implementation of group activities for daycare clients
- Plan, schedule and maintain proper operations and records of transport for daycare and active rehab clients for both in-house transport and outsourced transport
- Plan and monitor the provision of meals by outsourced caterer for the daycare clients
- Plan and see through the smooth scheduling of active rehab scheduled appointments to ensure optimal deployment of resources
- Support and keep the Centre Manager updated on the centre maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Manage public enquiries on programme and centre operation
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possesses a diploma in relevant discipline with at least 2-5 years of work experience at an elder care centre
- Passionate in caring for elderly clients
- Team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
