**About the Role** DUO Motoring is expanding We’re looking for a proactive and driven **Client Acquisition Executive** to grow our customer base for both new and pre-owned cars. You’ll play a key role in reaching out to new prospects, understanding their car-buying needs, and guiding them through the purchase journey — from enquiry to handover. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and engage potential customers through leads, walk-ins, referrals, and social media enquiries - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options and financing packages - Manage the entire sales pipeline from first contact to closing the deal - Coordinate with marketing to run lead-generation and promotional campaigns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system - Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals - Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets set by the management - Stay updated with COE trends, financing rates, and automotive market developments **Requirements**: - "N" Levels or equivalent preferred (fresh graduates welcome to apply) - Prior experience in automotive sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset - Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated to hit sales targets - Able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic sales team - Passion for cars and a good understanding of the local car market is a plus **What We Offer** - Attractive commission scheme - Career progression opportunities within DUO Motoring - Ongoing sales training, support, and product knowledge development - Fun, energetic, and teamwork-driven environment **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Professional development - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
