At The Swim Starter, we're seeking a dynamic Customer Acquisition Manager (APAC) to spearhead our growth initiatives. In this role, you'll lead conversion rate optimization strategies across diverse platforms and collaborate closely with our marketing and operations teams to drive overall business strategy. Additionally, you'll be responsible for mentoring and managing a dedicated customer support team to execute these strategies effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Devise and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct data analysis and A/B testing to optimize acquisition campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals dedicated to customer acquisition efforts.
- Continuously refine conversion rates and customer personas to enhance acquisition performance.
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, demonstrating measurable growth in previous roles.
- Proficiency in data analytics and utilization of marketing tools for insights.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of the Education/SaaS industry is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type : Full time
Hours: 9am to 6pm

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
