DSO is embarking on a major AI capability expansion. DSO is currently already a key player in the AI and LLM space in the defence industry, and has ambition to be an even bigger player in the space of LLMs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven AI Supercomputing Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As an AI Supercomputing Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our AI supercomputing product line to support this AI capability expansion. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond.

Product Manager (AI Supercomputing)

In this role, you will:

- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a clear product strategy and vision for our AI supercomputing products, aligned with the company's overall objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market demands, and internal customer needs to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
- Product Planning and Roadmap: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and internal stakeholders' input. Create a comprehensive product roadmap, detailing timelines and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster effective communication and coordination to drive collaboration and achieve product milestones.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, including requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, user experience design, testing, and iteration. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Product Launch and Adoption: Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption. Create compelling product messaging, collaterals, and training materials. Coordinate product demonstrations, presentations, and internal customer engagement.
- Product Performance and Optimization: Monitor product performance, including key metrics, usage patterns, internal customer feedback, and support inquiries. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor / Master in Computer Science, Engineering, Business IT or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a product manager, specifically in AI or high-performance computing domains.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and frameworks. Familiarity with high-performance computing architectures, GPU/CPU technologies, and parallel computing concepts.
- Proficiency in DevSecOps software development methodologies, data analytics, and cloud computing is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and translate market insights into actionable product strategies. Demonstrated experience in developing product roadmaps and executing against them.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of internal customer needs and ability to translate them into innovative product solutions. Proven track record of driving customer-centric product development processes.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and internal customers. Strong leadership skills to drive product initiatives forward and motivate teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Comfortable with making data-driven recommendations and trade-offs.
