**Role and Responsibilities**

We seek a highly skilled and motivated **Business Architect & Test Lead **to join our ERP Project Team on a **2-Year Contract basis **. This person will provide support to the Business Solution Lead and Business Process Leads to ensure the end-to-end business design is fit for purpose. He/She will also be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of Filtrona's ERP system through meticulous testing and coordination of testing efforts. This is a crucial role for identifying and resolving issues, ensuring smooth deployment, and ultimately contributing to successful delivery of programme milestones. This person will report to the Programme Manager.
- Responsible for the end-to-end design of the business processes.
- Responsible for ensuring that the business requirements are complete and cover the overall business design.
- Work with the Business Solution Lead and Business Process Leads to capture, prioritise and resolve key Business Design Issues.
- Support the Business Solution Lead to ensure business benefits identified built into solution design / sufficiently tracked throughout implementation.
- Define the business KPI’s for each process to ensure the benefits case is delivered.
- Support big-picture thinking and overall business modelling to ensure solution is fit for purpose / adheres to design principles.
- Work with Test Lead to define test scenarios.
- Work closely with the integration and technology to ensure solution is fit for purpose
- Assist Business Change team with identification of key business changes
- Report to the Business Solution Lead for project matters
- Key contact between business and IT team
- Support decision making in case of road mapping / change requests business cases as required.
- Create and maintain Business Architecture related artefacts (e.g., capability map).Coordinates with stakeholders to define testing objectives, scope, and priorities.
- Leads the test phases of the ERP implementation project from Filtrona side from planning to execution.
- Create system integration, regression and UAT test plans and performance testing plan as required.
- Create a detailed resource plans to support test preparation and execution activities - with all resource named.
- Work with business work stream teams to ensure test cases and test scripts are created.
- Ensures test data is created by business, data and or technical work streams to support all test activities.
- Set up and manages test execution process and reporting including test execution tracking and defect management / resolution tracking processes.
- Provide regular status updates, metrics, and reports on testing progress and defect resolution.
- Create reporting dashboard to show progress and velocity of test progress, with any corrective actions to hit milestones.
- Work with business stream lead to agree any warranty items, ensuring work around are documented and delivered by business work stream.
- Establish a repeatable framework and transition plan to BAU for Filtrona.

**Key Skills & Qualifications Requirements**
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, SAP Certified Application Associate, Six Sigma or similar are a plus.
- At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in leading the design and implementation of end-to-end business processes for a comprehensive global ERP implementation.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP modules and their integration points.
- Experience in testing various ERP modules, including Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), etc.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in tools and methodologies for business process mapping and documentation (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
