Request, organise, compare, analyse, and prepare reports for quotations received.
- In charge of the purchase of construction materials and rental of equipment as instructed and requests, including getting quotations and ensuring the price for the materials / equipment is competitive and within the project budget.
- Track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule
- Assist in the tendering process and progress claims and payment cert for Sub-Contractors.
- Taking off and any calculation as required.
- Assist the Plant manager as well as direct supervisors in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
- Attend meetings and assist with determination of project requirements when requested.
- Drafting and issuance of project proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules when required.
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Understands the project plans, specifications and explain plans and contract terms to all general workers, and/or clients when need to.
- Monitor and control all sub-contractors’ and project’s budget status.
- Maintains positive relationships with clients, architects, consultants, Authorities, contractors, suppliers, and any other relevant personnel.
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
- Any other tasks and duties as instructed by the management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in construction industry.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision and be meticulous
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Pro-active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure
- Required Skill(s): Communication, Data Analysis, Productivity & Innovation, Quality Management
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Able to work independently and in a team

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
