Our client is one of the largest global private equity firms, with more than Euro 90 billion in assets under their management across 20 offices worldwide. They are currently looking to bring onboard an experienced **Head Bespoke Mandate Reporting & Relationship Services**for their growing team in Singapore.

**What it's about**
- Taking ownership of our bespoke mandate reporting, complex mandate-related client questions and our mandate marketing standard pitch deck.
- Developing new mandate reporting templates, owning select mandate reports and reviewing mandate reports of team members, consistently ensuring relevant content and high quality.
- Driving automation by creating streamlined and automated processes to efficiently produce our bespoke mandate reports.
- Working on complex mandate RFPs as required.
- Strengthening our position as a market leader in bespoke solutions through contributions to mandate thought-leadership white papers, client webinars and other publications.
- Collaborating closely with Client Solutions, Business Applications, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Administrators and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Co-leading a group of currently six team members.

**What we expect**
- 5+ years of working experience in the asset management industry with prior responsibility both as a producer and reviewer of marketing content, such as pitch books, RfPs and/or client reporting. Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus.
- A strong understanding of private markets as an asset class, and the ability to convincingly portray the benefits of private market investments on slides and in other marketing material.
- Top academic credentials and advanced business or finance degree (e.g. MBA).
- Willingness to work in the office at least four days per week to become fully entrenched into the Partners Group organization.
- Passionate, highly motivated with a proven ability to handle high workload while delivering zero default.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- A humble solution provider with a bias to action, self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
- Entrepreneurial personality; passionate, ambitious, driven yet highly collaborative.
