**Job Description**:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to support our business leaders with a full range of HR practices, ranging from recruitment, onboarding and training and provide expert advice HR activities. In addition, you’ll deliver effective people manager support and leadership development.

You’ll need a good business understanding and a pragmatic, solutions focused approach, able to build consensus and positive collaborative approaches among key stakeholders in engineering, operations and supply chain, as well as regional and global HR.
- As the ‘go-to person’ on HR related issues, you’ll support people leaders with
- Recruitment, onboarding and probation processes
- Performance management
- Employee relations, including investigations, grievance and redundancy
- Employee engagement to drive high performance culture
- People development
- As a trusted partner you’ll work with business leaders on talent development, work placements and intern programmes.
- You’ll encourage a **collaborative environment **to enhance partnerships among the Asia HR team.
- You’ll identify and deliver **effective HR practice** across the site to ensure XP Power is a great place to work and recognised as an employer of choice.
- You’ll work with your team to ensure all employee records such as maternity, paternity requests and absence management, are accurate and provide regular reports to HR Leadership Team.
- Ensure compensation and benefits administration/management meets legislated requirements; oversee payroll administration.
- As an inspirational leader, you’ll coach and develop direct reports

**Qualifications**:

- Proven HR generalist experience
- An inspirational people manager
- Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of employment law
- Experience of working across multiple countries in Asia
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate sound judgement
- Experience with talent acquisition at a senior level, ideally within technology or engineering orgs
- Ability to collaborate at all levels across organisation
- Evidence of commercial understanding with ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Degree level education with substantial experience in all HR functions
