**Job Description**:
- User’s account administration and simple server administration
- To reformat and re-setup Windows/Mac/Linux machines
- Setting up peripherals devices and any equipment required
- Provide desktop support at customer’s site
- Initiate escalation procedures and follow up on all open requests of allocated sites to ensure customer satisfaction
- First level troubleshooting of network connectivity in a Lan/Wan environment
- To provide standby support for the deployment at client’s site
- Any Other Ad-hoc Duties as Required or Assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, or similar industry experience.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a technical service role, but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills
- Able to work with the team or independently with minimum supervision
- Good customer service and support attributes
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- This role is based in Singapore
