As part of our Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for the following:
**Visual Merchandising**:

- Work cross functionally with our Merchandising, Marketing and Retail teams to plan and execute Visual Merchandising Concepts and Store Pop ups
- Develop Design guidelines for all stores
- Support and assist in all VM related activations

**Store Design**
- Co-ordinate layout plan, design plan and visuals, sketches, 3D-dawings, product specifications. Project schedule and quotations to clients and submit tenders for the project to clients
- Ensure all required information, designs and materials are made available in a timely manner to the construction team
- Monitor & ensure on-time production and installations
- Coordinate all necessary submissions to relevant authorities, e.g. Landlords or building management
- Monitor & ensure on-time production and installations
- Ensure that project and handover deadline met on time
- Liaise with Brands representatives with regards to all site matters
- Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works
- Management of subcontractors to ensure they carry out work in a safe manner
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site and provide weekly update to the management
- Conduct project site inspection
- Carry out defect check of completed projects and maintain proper records.
- All other duties as and when assigned

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- Diploma/ Degree in Interior, Visual Communication, Arts, Fashion or equivalent.
- 4-5 years working experience in visual design, retail design, store design or equivalent
- Proficient in Adobe creative cloud, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad and Sketchup or similar 3D rendering software.
- Experience in interior fit out work and retail shop design
- Hands-on and proactive, with high levels of ownership and accountability
- Honest, creative, well-organised and enthusiastic
- A good understanding of lead times, costs and objectives and how to maximise these
- To perform under tight schedules with minimum supervision
