- Position: Operation/Site Manager

Report to : Senior Operation Director

Duties & Responsiblities
- Lead, manage & overview operation and site team.
- Work closely with Project Team on the execution and handover on all projects.
- Prepare Project Schedule
- To liaise with clients and consultants on projects and attend meetings with Project Team
- Identifying the need for carrying out a formal design control, verification and validation program for work established by tender or contract requirements
- Evaluate, review and check all the details design system and coordinate with project manager and consultants in order to ensure the completeness and functionality of all the services
- Manage the all the work done in accordance with approved design, material used and workmanship in compliance with contract specifications.
- Lead & Manage Operation Teams
- In Utilizing material usage that are fit for project specifications
- In ensuring that project schedules are met on time
- In rectifying & resolving project site issues
- In reviewing, monitoring and continuously improving project management system, workmanship, and quality of work at site.
- To actively participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties when required
- Solve On-site Issues, address customer's renovation issues/problems

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate effectively with clientele as well as supplier
- 3 - 5 years of similar experiences with the above similar environment

**Requirements**:

- Recognized Engineering Degree in related field
- Ability to manage project from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design, and to demonstrate leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communicator with well developed commercial, analytical and technical skills
- Value support and cultivate cooperation among colleagues (Team Work)
- Preferably with experience in commercial projects
- Possess class 3 driving license would be an advantage
- Safety knowledge with certification will be an advantage
- Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and basic spoken in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
