Assist Management to establish and develop systems, SOP for better workflow efficiency
- To overse and manage the teams’ workflow
- To assist in manpower planning
- Conduct Operational training for new employees
- Manage a team of technicians and drivers to ensure smooth job flow
- Mentor, train and discipline staff to perform their task effectively
- Take charge and resolve ground issues and dispute with clients and employees
- To maximise manpower and to ensure efficient use of resources
- Ensure effective and efficient management of day to day operations
- All other tasks assigned by Management

**Prerequisite**
- Diploma level and above
- With 2 - 3 years working experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Proven track record in similar role
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Have good initiative
- Possess good leadership skills to manage a team of technicians and drivers
- Able to work in a diverse culture

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Shift system
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)
