We are looking for F&B rockstar who will help set up our new concept and scale through Singapore. If you like challenges, excitement, and experienced in running

F & B operations, we welcome you Experience in opening new outlets is a plus.

**Roles/Responsibilties: -**
- Be part of the core pioneering opening team in our new outlet
- Set up new SOPs, processes to form the pillar of success
- Able to coach, lead train team members to achieve standards and targets
- Enhance team performance via training, developing and motivation
- Oversees and supervises overall success of day to day opeerations
- Adheres to standards and long term positioning as a world class operation
- Able to recommend strategies and ideas for revenue
- Participants in hiring and retaiing workforce
