**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform market analysis and generate market intelligence reports to ensure timely and accurate updates for management. Report overall refining margins and unit indicator margins to facilitate refinery’s production planning and plant optimization decision-making.
- Provide LP (Linear Programming) and analytical support and administer the Business Planning Framework, which includes collating and processing relevant data from various stakeholders to formulate the Refinery Business Plan.
- Provide updates on Business Unit Performance including compiling and presenting relevant data/monthly KPIs to monitor refinery performance.
- Evaluate, recommend, and issue transfer prices in a timely manner for product grades, as well as manage enquiries from Shareholders to facilitate production planning activities.
- Review and verify accuracy of refinery’s production values, generate product settlement report and follow-up on issues pertaining to product settlements in order to uphold equitable allocation of production values amongst Shareholders.
- Perform project economics analysis/studies for assigned projects to enable judicious business decision making.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Preferably have relevant working experience in petrochemical or oil refinery industry. Fresh graduates may be considered, and relevant training will be provided.
- Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint and experience in handling data (programming, visualization, automation, analytics) will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and inter-personal skills.
