Senior Consultant, Digital Banking

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the expansion of Synpulse’s banking practice around Digital Banking by making key contributions to business and topic development, client delivery work, thought leadership
- Drive the success of client projects by managing/working with a team of consultants, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submissions
- Build trusted client relationships by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organizations
- Articulate the Synpulse value, and support sales and contract negotiations for new and existing clients

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder with at least 5+ years of experience in Private or Institutional Banking
- Project Management/business analysis experience in digital consulting, technology consulting, FinTech or combination thereof
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in digital banking ecosystem models and supporting integration approaches to bring these to life
- Track record of utilising a customer-led approach to design, deliver and enhance the digital customer experience
- Good understanding of core business processes and products in Private and Institutional banking
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders
