**Job Details**

Designation: Microsoft Office 365 Service Administrator
Remuneration: Up to $4500
Benefit: Annual Leave and Medical Entitlement
Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:45pm (Monday to Friday)
Organization Nature: SG Public University.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support, maintain and manage Microsoft Office 365 services.
- Provide Second-Level support to diagnose and resolve incidents based on Service-Level Agreement with the Business
- Responsible for the tasks assigned and shall be able to complete the tasks within the designated timeline set by the Reporting Officer
- Implementing initiatives and improve the overall IT posture across the entire organization of this service.
- Resourceful and meticulous in delivering quality work.
- Licensing assignment and management.
- Troubleshooting end-users sign-in, mail flow, Teams issues.
- Monitoring of scripts’ automation tasks.

**Job Requirements**
- A minimum Diploma or Degree preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience
- Must be very familiar in administering and support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- High tolerance to communicate with a variety of First-Level support teams and users.
- Customer centric support attitude
- Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and use of ServiceNow for technical management support.
- Assist in Continuous Service Improvement of the service

**Added Advantage**
- Knowledge of use or coding in PowerShell
- Experienced in maintaining information system in higher education institute domain.
