**About the role**

Reporting to the Regional Information Security Project Manager, this role will system administer the Regional Data Center, MS Azure & Regional Office IT Infrastructure, work with REG/HQ project managers and vendors for the deployment of new IT related services within ASPAC, and support Local IT with technical advice & guidance.

- Exchange Server Administration and Maintenance
- Citrix XenApp Administration
- CommVault Enterprise Backup Solution Management
- SAN & NAS Management (NetApp, Nimble & Dell DataDomain)
- Server health monitoring
- Manage the server hardening & security patching.
- Deploying CrowdStrike for endpoint security, threat intelligence, and cyberattack response services.
- Provisioning of server OS (Windows/Linux OS)
- Cisco Switch Administration
- Aruba wireless Administration and Maintenance
- APC UPS(uninterrupted power supply) provisioning for system racks
- Management of IT systems assets such as Server, Software license management, Server, renewal of software licenses etc; and occasionally of PC
- Administration and maintenance of office security system. Eg.: Security Camera & Door Access system.
- Administration and maintenance of office Audio/video conferencing system.
- Ticketing management for ASPAC technical support and Regional Helpdesk on related scope

Essential
- Diploma or Degree in IT related qualification.
- Minimum 10 years working experience as a systems administrator/engineer supporting Windows & Linux environment on both physical & virtualized environment
- Hands on experience and good technical/troubleshooting skills on Windows OS.
- Knowledge in TCP/IP networking & basic troubleshooting
- Experience in server virtualization technology & administration - SCVMM & HyperV
- Experience with SAN Storage administration e.g. Nimble/DataDomain Storage
- Familiar with support of Cisco UCS Blade, Lenovo & Dell Servers.
- Experience with Windows Server 2003 / 2008 & R2 / 2012 / 2016/ 2019 & Linux OS
- CommVault Enterprise Backup
- Citrix XenApp Administration
- SCCM & WSUS
- Managed Network & SAN Switches
- Experience in provisioning and administering resources on Microsoft Azure.
