**JOB TYPE**:
Long Term Contract

System administration, Support and Troubleshooting

**Responsibilities**
- Administer user access, roles, and permissions across multiple platforms.
- Manage service requests for project and Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations, including system leadership responsibilities.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and platform issues promptly.
- Support post-implementation activities such as troubleshooting, administration, patching, and upgrades.
- Administer systems across Windows Server and Linux distributions (e.g., Red Hat).
- Manage and administer infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Symantec Endpoint, virtualization (Hyper-V), Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, SFTP, SCCM, SCOM, and SCVMM.
- Manage and administer security services, including CyberArk and SecurEnvoy.
- Oversee backup administration (Veritas, Acronis), including tape libraries and media management.
- Conduct regular account and access reviews and maintain security compliance through patching and access controls.
- Decommission and dispose of IT equipment in accordance with organizational policies.
- Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in system administration and operations.
- Hands-on experience in Active Directory administration, including user/group management, GPO, DNS, and domain services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in scripting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud migration projects is a plus.
- Experience with data center decommission is a plus.
- Knowledge of tools and platforms listed in the Responsibilities (e.g., Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, SFTP, SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, Symantec Endpoint, CyberArk, Veritas, Acronis, and Red Hat) is an advantage.
