**Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations Management**:

- Manage and organize daily operations schedule to ensure efficient job execution.
- Monitor and optimize manpower allocation for optimum productivity.
- Ensure inventory, machines, and equipment are effectively managed in accordance with safety and risk management policies.
- Utilize technology and automation tools for efficient navigation and deployment of IT systems.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Attend meetings and promptly respond to customer complaints and feedback.
- Analyze client issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Take swift action to address and resolve client complaints or concerns.
- **Client Servicing**:

- Maintain proactive and effective communication with clients.
- Provide flexible and helpful customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Cultivate strong relationships with client core team members.
- **Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) and Business Continuity Management (BCM)**:

- Promote and enforce QEHS and BCM policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal obligations.
- Conduct incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring incidents.
- Review and address sites' practices to maintain legal compliance.
- **People Management**:

- Manage teams of supervisors and cleaners to uphold cleanliness standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of QEHS and BCM policies and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and automation tools for operational efficiency.
- Prior experience in customer service and client management is a plus.
