**Direct Search Global is working with a fast-growing Private-Equity Firm to fill a role of Senior Associate, Investment to be based in their Singapore office.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial and market research to understand the current market conditions and economic situation.
- Identify potential investment opportunities, including analysing market trends and industry conditions.
- Perform finance modelling and due diligence including legal, tax, accounting, strategic and deal structuring issues.
- Present creative and insightful analysis and key take-aways to the company.
- Lead external meetings with strong points of view and directions.
- Negotiate and interface with potential debt financing sources and equity partners.
- Responsible for investment transactions execution, including prepare investment memorandums, conduct due diligence, coordinate with external advisors, and assist in negotiation and closing processes.
- Monitor current investment, interact with the senior management of portfolio companies, and evaluate strategic development in operations and finances.
- Establish and cultivate professional relationships with portfolio companies, corporate partners, and other relevant institutions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 years working experience in private-equity firm, corporate finance, investment bank, M&A and/or accounting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- Chartered Financial Analyst is preferably.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Highly analytical, strategic, and intellectually curious.
- Strong writing and problem-solving skills.
