We are looking for a Manager, Revenue Optimization to join our Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA) regional office in Singapore.

Primary Responsibility

Assist in developing pricing models, forecasting revenue goals, and implementing effective revenue management plan to increase hotel revenue and profitability.
Evaluate hotel performance goals and put relevant revenue management strategies in place to set profitable rate.
Results driven approach to maximise revenue, market share and profits for our hotels by monitoring key leading indicators of hotel performance and external intelligence sources.
Ensure hotel strategies are consistent with demand factors, promote integrity and protect long term customer value; through effective management of rate levels, stay restrictions and other tactics across channels.
Conduct rate audits to ensure responsible distribution across authorized channels.
Establish a sense of urgency with the hotels RO team to understand their needs to close business gaps promptly.
Collaborate and evaluate potential partnerships with marketing team to manage funnel from awareness phase to purchase.
Identify opportunities and lead projects to drive incremental revenue initiatives across portfolio of hotels.
Have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with Hotels, regional & HQ teams.
Self-directed, motivated with great attention to detail and follow through.
Quick learner of new systems, tools & procedures.

Data Analytics

Strong data analytical skills to support regional forecasting & budget process.
Analyse data and evaluate segment mix, room type demand, channel production and feeder markets, recognizing trends and patterns.
Benchmark performance against market and convert to clear & concise result-oriented action plan.
Prepares weekly, monthly reports, visual-aid presentations.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in revenue management
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Focus in Economics, Business, Finance, or Statistics preferred.
Experience using hotel industry or travel industry RMS, PMS systems, is a plus
Effective written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement strategies
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate and present metrics into actionable proposals.
Highly proficient in Excel; experience with business intelligence/reporting tools to pull data and reports
Strong project/time management, and organizational skills
