**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep abreast of current affairs and policy changes in order to assist in the development of Home care services.
- Administer case referrals and case coordination with AIC IRMS, Nurses, Therapists and Healthcare assistants.
- Perform all necessary procedures related to Client registration, admission and discharge in accordance to organisational procedures and guidelines.
- Administer National Means Testing System Applications, renewals, with AIC for clients. To make sure NMTS are not expired.
- Maintain good and efficient database for Home care clients.
- Administer Customer Satisfaction Survey report for all clients upon discharge.
- Collate reports and ensure programmes and services meet the stipulated KPIs required by funders and pass the audits (if any).
- Build good rapport with MOH and AIC.
- Provide admin support, procurement, billing for Healthcare Support Department to ensure operations are running efficiently.
- Perform all necessary procedures related to Homecare finances. Generating of receipts, coordination with client and family on collection of fees.
- Coordinate procurement for consumables for Home care team.
- Supports the Supervisor and manager in administrative task in order to achieve & maintain efficient & smooth running of the Home care team.
- Responsible for word processing, and/or updating of all materials regarding schedule reports, filing, photocopy, letters, writing minutes of meetings, forms, brochures, proposals, statement of accounts, clients’ records etc.
- Sort all incoming documents and out-going dispatches.
- Update all operational files and schedules.
- Ensure that all clients’ records are appropriately kept.
- Provide logistics support eg. booking meeting room, prepare beverages, set up laptop/projector etc.
- Manage front desk duties and attend to calls and walk in enquiries.
- To assist in adhoc projects eg renovation, etc.
- Assist in outreach and publicity events when necessary.
- Perform and assist in data entry.
- Any other general duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ‘A’ Levels/ Diploma holder
- At least 1 to 2 years of related administrative experience
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Independent and disciplined worker, possessing great team spirit
