What You'll Do
HR Operations
Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates.
Handle foreign manpower end-to-end – from application to compliance with MOM.
Support recruitment activities: job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Process payroll inputs, leave tracking, and statutory submissions.
Coordinate training, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Executive & Admin Support
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Management Team.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and tracking action items.
Support leadership communications (drafting memos, organizing team updates).
Contribute to the Company Safety Management Committee.
What We're Looking For
§ Love for nature and alignment with our values.
§ Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
§ 5+ years' experience in HR operations; exposure to executive/administrative support is a plus.
§ Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
§ Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
§ Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; HR software knowledge is an advantage.
§ Prior experience in retail, construction, or building industries will be highly valued.
