You will be an asset to Secretlab's People team, providing support to the Business Partner (BP) and other members of the People team in the delivery of HR services to the business. This includes coaching managers and employees, employee engagement and supporting the implementation of HR programs.
Our People team is essential in ensuring that Secretlab’s team members are primed to continue delivering at a world-class level on all our initiatives; including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand sentiments on the ground and coach employees to improve work relationships
- Be an advocate and custodian of Secretlab’s organisation culture and values
- Plan and drive company wide employee engagement events
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs, including performance management, talent management, workplace planning, and learning and development
- Support the development of L&D programmes
- Conduct preliminary reviews on requests for external training and/or technical/functional programs
- Conduct research on learning topics
- Keep updated on the industry’s latest developments and explore new learning & development methods in Secretlab
- Act as an advisor to managers to support people-related such as performance management, coaching, engagement, employee relations etc
- Support internal HR communications needs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant courses of study
- Minimum 3-4 years’ in Business Partnering & advisory, with experience in an in-house environment (preferably within the start-up space)
- High proficiency working on Microsoft Office, Google suite tools and scheduling tasks
- Pragmatic and empathetic in approaching People team goals
- Ability to build trust with key stakeholders
- Good organisation skills
- Knowledgeable, with an inquisitive & business-minded approach to your work
- High proficiency in your written and spoken English

**Bonuses**
