As a Partnerships Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential business partnerships that align with the company's vision and objectives.

**Role Overview**:
As a Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for researching and identifying prospective partner companies, initiating outreach efforts, and managing the initial stages of partnership development. Your focus will be on identifying companies that provide payroll services and establishing communication channels to explore potential collaboration opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Prospecting**:Conduct thorough online research to identify a list of potential partner companies in the payroll services industry.
Analyze the online presence, offerings, and market positioning of identified companies to determine alignment with our company's goals.
- **Outreach and Partner Engagement**:Source contact information for key decision-makers within the identified companies.
Initiate cold calls to initiate conversations and gather information about their payroll service offerings and business focus.
Document findings and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- **Initial Assessment and Filtering**:Based on the gathered information, create a list of potential partner companies that meet predefined criteria.
Collaborate with the senior team to conduct a second-level evaluation of potential partners, considering strategic alignment and feasibility.
- **Engagement with Senior Leadership**:Collaborate with our Head of Partnerships, to present the list of potential partners and discuss the strategic fit of each prospect.
Engage in discussions with Senior Management Personnel to identify opportunities to expand collaboration with slightly less aligned yet potentially valuable partners.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted snail mail campaigns for specific partner groups.
Ensure that marketing materials are compelling and tailored to each target audience to maximize engagement and interest.
