**[What the role is]**

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

**[What you will be working on]**

To align with the Digital Government Blueprint’s vision of “Digital to the Core, and Serves with Heart”, LTA is embarking on a digital transformation journey by harnessing new technologies to drive broader efforts to revamp the digital platform, develop and integrate enterprise-wide IT systems. We envision to leverage cloud services such as government commercial cloud infrastructure for enhanced business agility and build stakeholder-centric services that cater to businesses’ needs.

LTA is looking for Technical Project Manager to lead in the planning, designing, integration, implementation and maintenance of IT systems.

You will be involved in:

- Undertaking project conceptualisation, solutioning and system architecting
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to strategise procurement approach and seek project funding
- Managing project procurement which includes tender specifications preparation & evaluation, implementation and quality assurance
- Managing vendors and IT maintenance contracts and ensure that the vendors meet contractual obligations, leading to successful project delivery
- Managing IT system Operations and Maintenance works including audits, risk assessments
- Exploring and evaluating new and emerging technologies and solutions to push capabilities forward and future proof the systems

**[What we are looking for]**
- Knowledge in Computer Science/Engineering with at least 8 years’ IT experience in project management of enterprise-wide projects
- Able to lead a team and bridge communication in a multi-disciplinary and multi-vendor environment
- Experience in software development lifecycle, IT project management and service management
- Able to initiate program and manage complex system integration

Optional Requirements:

- Knowledge of container management platforms such as EKS, ROSA is an advantage
- Knowledge of DevSecOps Platforms and tools such as GitLab is an advantage
- Knowledge and implementation experience of the Government Instruction Manual for IT Management (IM8) and WOG baseline standards is an advantage
