**Role summary**:
The Production Coordinator is responsible for working alongside and supporting the primary and post producer and business affairs team to ensure smooth production workflows on all Moving Image projects. They will also be liaising with our finance, admin and HR teams to assist on paperwork, as well as handling communications with our production vendors on production contract paperwork.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Broadcast Censors for APAC region:

- follow ups on approvals with the various broadcast censor agencies and contacts
- Usage Rights Tracking:

- Tracking usage rights across on-screen talents, music, voiceover and artists for all our finished commercials
- Coordinating all usage rights and contracts paperwork with our vendors on a project basis
- Deliveries of TVCs to TV stations:

- Creating delivery orders for finished commercials to various TV networks / stations across APAC region with our delivery partners
- Producer Support
- Assisting primary and post producers with new vendor and freelancer paperwork, vendor / freelancer finance paperwork and financial reconciliation

**Requirements**:

- Highly organized and undaunted by paperwork
- Process oriented and able to adapt to different processes across our censorship and delivery partners
- Can work independently but also must be able to work within a team effortlessly
- Results driven and proactive
- Maintains lasting relationships internally & externally with vendors and freelancers
- Reinforces team approach throughout development efforts
- Great team player and a great attitude towards team successes
- Organised and works well under pressure (a lot of our work has super quick turnarounds and timelines)
- Experience not required as there will be training involved
- Ambitious and ready to learn (there will be great career advancements for prospective producers)
