Bukit Timah Saddle Club (“BTSC”) is a leader in equestrian sports in Singapore. BTSC has a riding school and livery operations with a capacity of up to 100 horses. We are a British Horse Society approved equestrian centre with high quality facilities and a regular organiser of national and FEI-level competitions. We pride ourselves as a well-run members’ club with a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.

**Job Description**:
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in running a Club or business management is essential.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance to accounting standards.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Manage annual budget, monthly forecast and variance analysis.
- Process payroll, renewal of insurances and work passes, assist in staff recruitment and HR functions.
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent and provide support during the audit and tax filing.
- Manage the IT infrastructure.
- Manage cash flow, creditor and debtor functions.
- Ensure timely submission of CPF contributions, GST and any other filings requirements.
- Maintain proper office filing and records.
- Proficiency in using MYOB and advance Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Knowledge of horse care and stable management will be an added advantage.
