Singapore Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) Full time

**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of an innovation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Champion a culture of innovation by promoting and advocating for innovation initiatives across all levels of the organization.
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the market that could be leveraged to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities and challenges.
- Drive the ideation and concept development process, facilitating brainstorming sessions, and fostering a collaborative environment for generating innovative ideas.
- Develop business cases and project proposals for selected innovation initiatives, outlining the potential impact, resources required, and expected outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the innovation project lifecycle, ensuring effective project management and timely delivery of results.
- Establish and maintain an innovation platform or digital ecosystem to capture, track, and evaluate innovative ideas and projects.
- Collaborate with external partners, including startups, universities, and innovation networks, to foster a culture of open innovation and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the progress, impact, and effectiveness of innovation initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business technology, innovation management, or a related field (Master's degree is advantageous).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation management, new product development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering innovation projects from ideation to implementation.
- Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as design thinking, lean startup, and agile innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Experience with innovation platforms or digital ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Passion for driving change and fostering a culture of innovation within organizations.
