**Your Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Provide secretarial support and day to day administrative support to the Finance team.
- Organise, schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings, including the booking of meeting rooms, BEO and ensuring the IT equipment are set up.
- Taking meeting minutes for Finance, HR and Purchasing departments.
- Assist in contract and license matters.
- Assist in general administrative support for data entry, approval papers and invoices, and maintenance of proper filing system.
- Any other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
**Required Qualifications & Experience**:
- Diploma in Business Studies, Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in office secretarial and administration responsibilities.
- Possess of good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Possess good writing skills.
