About the opportunity

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join us in driving exceptional experiences within our Quick Commerce business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the regional Finance team and Quick Commerce leadership. By leveraging insights from P&L and cash flow analyses, you will help build and sustain a strong connection between finance and the business, enabling data-driven decision-making across the region.

Your mission:
Oversee financials of Quick Commerce business in APAC and Europe markets:

- Review/ Analyze the Quick Commerce Financials per country and consolidate main insights
- Partner with the Business to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with regional and country Finance teams to align on relevant movements, risks and opportunities
- Further develop and manage the forecasting and consolidation process
- You will manage various financial topics including liaising with Group Controlling on P&L treatment for Quick Commerce business
- You will prepare calculations and assumptions to support business case decisions and ensure reflection in financials
- You will provide ad-hoc analysis where needed for Business relevant topic or projects

What you need to be successful
- You studied business economics/administration with a focus on Business/Finance (preferably a Master’s degree) or equivalent
- 7-10 years of work experience in the field of FP&A/ Finance or comparable
- Strong business partnering / stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional Communication skills, abilities to explain complex findings
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint or equivalent Google Suite
- Natural curiosity, passionate about learning and a desire to understand the business
- Intercultural: collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people from different countries
- Hands-on team player with advanced communication skills, verbally and written with fluency in English (our working language)
- Experience with any of SAP, Anaplan or OneStream is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Big Query or SQL is a plus
