**What the role is**
- As an Executive/ Senior Executive, Innovation and Transformation in HR Strategy & Leadership Division, you will be part of a team that manages projects in the areas of enhancing organisational development, employee engagement and supporting leadership identification and development. You will also provide support in the daily operations of the branch to ensure its smooth running.

**What you will be working on**
- Provide administrative and logístical support for physical or virtual meetings/ workshops/ events, which includes setting up of venues/ meeting details, liaising with participants and stakeholders on their availability and preparation of materials for the meeting/ workshop/ events
- Set up and update databases, process data from various sources, and compile reports for timely and accurate reporting
- Provide administrative and secretariat support in finance and general administration
- Assist in procurement-related matters such as performing procurement related tasks and processing of invoices and payments, in accordance to the government policies, procedures and processes
- Assist in the financial operations such as managing budget and finance matters, preparation for budget timeline, tracking of fund utilisation, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines
- Manage the branch’s inventories and assets

**What we are looking for**
- A self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and resourceful individual with the ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
- A collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience with government finance and procurement processes and systems would be an advantage
