**Purpose statement**

Responsible for supporting the profitable and sustainable growth of Boston Scientific through the management of key Program.

We are seeking an experienced collaborator to help our Capital Equipment business in APAC sustain a rapid growth and be more profitable; Internal projects are wide in nature and may include digitization, strengthening customer centricity and go-to-market strategy, increasing employees’ collaboration and reviewing product lifecycle.

Specific responsibilities include business analysis, strategic and operational planning, process improvement, organizational design, and development of new programs.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
Directly reporting to the APAC PMO. The successful project manager will be responsible for project deliverables, leading the Program team to execute project deliverables, including assessing current state, defining to-be state, engaging stakeholders and driving change. The project manager will also be responsible for project deliverables which includes:

- Co-ordinating the definition of scope of the project life cycle. Support the Development of realizable business case for project. Ensures benefits are realized.
- Enable a pre-defined project methodology to successfully drive positive change.
- Structuring project and ensures formal transparency and governance is put in place for appropriate stakeholder groups.
- Plan each project phase, track execution and lead change management
- Breaks the scope into manageable deliverables, time bound project plan and tracks to completion.
- Help identify stakeholders, organize project teams and engage stakeholders across the region to drive desired change
- Drive process improvement (simplifying, automation, leverage scale) & go to market as well as operational excellence in Capital Equipment
- Develop and execute future state of the Capital Equipment Transformation in APAC; Identifies business initiatives: Works with business leaders to identify future projects within the CE transformation program.
- Prioritize strategic initiatives that support profitable and sustainable growth.
- Structuring a program composed of several strategic pillars & projects and ensures formal transparency and governance; this includes organize project teams and engage stakeholders across the region to drive desired change, coordinating the definition of scope, developing realizable business cases.
- Manages projects & Project leads:

- Develops project plans outlining scope, timelines, roles and resources; Manages progress to ensure the achievement of all milestones as well as longer-term change adoption to ensure benefits realization & operational excellence.
- Identifies and leads cross-functional project team comprised of project managers, functional experts and in-country representatives; Manages team progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables.
- Provides updates to senior management and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings.
- Develops recommendations: Develops and delivers project recommendations to senior management and all stakeholders including key markets, distribution channels, pricing, processes and organization; Develops implementation strategy.
- Investigates and solves problems that impact work processes and personnel within or across units or departments.
- Be able to jump in and support separate projects and initiatives as needed
- As a change agent, communicate, enable and warrant necessary processes improvements, gate review, training programs, organizational structure and new roles to drive positive change
