Job Scope Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and generate reports on status, milestones, and outcomes. Support risk and issue management processes, including developing strategies, monitoring risk factors, and implementing contingency plans. Establish communication channels with stakeholders, providing updates, facilitating collaboration, and addressing concerns. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system implementation. Experience in a PMO or similar role is beneficial. High accuracy and attention to detail, with planning abilities. Excellent analytical skills; ability to understand and articulate business problems and use cases. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Team player with proven ability to work across corporate functions and project teams. Self‐motivated, able to take direction, work resourcefully and independently, with good time‐management.
